This policy covers the booklet, the forms and videos, and the bundle. These are digital, and you get access the moment you pay. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with the email you bought with, and we will refund the full price.
After 7 days all sales are final, except that if a file or login never worked for you, we will fix it or refund you.
When a purchase is refunded, member area access for that purchase ends.
The $150 Case Review is time set aside with L.C. to go through your papers. It is not refundable once your review call has taken place. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled call, or we cannot schedule your call within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the full price.
