These terms cover the Oh Sh*t, I'm Being Sued booklet, checklist, forms, videos and member area (the "materials"), sold by The Credit Wizard King, Tulsa, Oklahoma ("we", "us"). By buying or using the materials you agree to these terms.
The materials explain how debt collection lawsuits work in Oklahoma courts. They are general educational information, not legal advice. We are not attorneys and we are not a law firm. You decide what to file, you fill in and sign your own papers, you file them yourself, and you appear in court yourself. We never file anything for you, never contact the court or the other side for you, and never appear for you.
Every case is different, and judges decide cases. We do not promise any outcome in your case.
Court deadlines keep running no matter what you buy from us, when you buy it, or whether you ask for a refund. Confirm every date with the court clerk.
The materials are written for Oklahoma state courts. Rules in other states and in federal court are different. Laws change, and we may update the materials when they do.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non transferable license to use the materials for your own case. Please do not resell, share your login, or post the materials publicly. Access to a purchase ends if that purchase is refunded.
